Exercise Benefits for Women Highlighted in New Study #

A recent study suggests that exercise may have even more benefits for women than for men. The study found that women required less exercise to gain the same benefits as men. Researchers discovered that women who exercised for at least 150 minutes a week were 24% less likely to die from any cause compared to women who exercised less. Additionally, women who exercised had a 36% lower risk of heart attack, stroke, or other cardiovascular events. The study also indicated that women saw a reduction in risk even with as little as 140 minutes of exercise per week. Experts emphasize the importance of regular physical activity for overall well-being.
